I was born in Spain and currently live in Kinsale, a wonderful town I’m in love with. I love nature and peace. I also stand for respect and love for others and in this way, I would like to represent it.

Apart from telling you what I love, I want to tell you that Lemon and Mint Retreats was born from the idea of enjoying a retreat, looking for that disconnection and learning, going up a small step in the personal growth of each person who allows themselves to join us on this magical journey.

I want each participant to be able to switch off from routine, and experience the learning that will be transmitted by the wonderful guides of each retreat that we prepare.

Finally, I would like to thank everyone who has passed through this space to learn a little more about the project. I am the face, but behind me, there are several people who are working with a lot of love and dedication to making this dream come true. Dream with us! Because we are yoga, meditation, reflection, creativity, and above all love.
